The world is turning very quickly into a small village as there are no geographical borders to limit international trade, as globalization has become at the present time the buzzword in the business world today, in light of these urgent changes and in an unprecedented way that competition in international markets has reached its peak, many international companies are looking to sell their goods all over the world. To achieve the research objectives, a questionnaire was designed by researchers with unstructured interviews with a group of CEOs of international companies and with managers of sales and marketing to find out the most important events. The researchers distributed 110 questionnaires to the members of the research sample in the companies: LC WAIKIKI, DeFacto, KOTON. These companies are considered leaders in the clothing industry, 100 questionnaires were retrieved and analyzed using SPSS version 22, the most important conclusions reached by the study that the application of globalization in Multinational companies lead to achieving a set of goals, the most important of which are: increasing sales, increasing market share, profitability, and easy access to global markets.
