ملامح الدولة الإسلامية وهيكليتها عند أبي الأعلى المودودي 1903- 1979
This research seeks to shed light on the features and foundations of the “Islamic State”, which the Pakistani Islamic thinker and preacher or Al-A’la Al-Mawdudi 1903_1979 was able to deduce its features, foundations and structure based on the texts and verses of the Holy Qur’an. Mawdudi was able to dive into the depths of the wise book to show the importance of establishing an Islamic system that calls for a society based on the principles of justice and the values of compassion. Although Al-Mawdawi’s dissertation has met with a lot of ingratitude at times and violent criticism most of the time, in our research we will not care about the opinions that differ from those of Al-Mawdudi because it is the result of the intellectual and political schools with which the Islamic scientific elites belonging to the culture of the West have been saturated, whether this is the West. savage capitalist or tyrannical oriental. And if the academic curriculum in the universities of this West is inspired by its intellectual positions from the Orientalist school, which is controlled by the spirit of prejudice and blaming the thinkers, preachers and pioneers of Islam, then naturally and in the same context we will not tolerate that these studies take any space of interest because we look forward to looking into the depths of Al-Mawdudi thought that we should derive from the treasures of his knowledge and culture and above all else from his belief in the human values of our Islam and in the principles of its justice, knowing that his critics who do not use clarity in how to use scientific terminology, but rather raise many ambiguities that affect the entirety of his concepts and describe his “Islamic state” as the result of a regime Totalitarian is similar to totalitarian political regimes, and this designation is synonymous with tyranny or dictatorship in the language of the era, as it is associated with it for us, the legitimacy of deviating from highlighting hostile critical ideas because totalitarianism in faith and reckoning means that Islam includes all facilities of spiritual and material life and it is a religion of mercy and compassion and does not mean anything Another, whether these qualities come from Mawdudi or from all the thinkers whose souls and hearts are still filled with the flame of the true religion.
