Undoubtedly, in view of this distinct feature of the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency, it was necessary for juvenile crime to have a separate legal organization in its bases. Reintegrating it into the environment in which it lives. However, states did not follow a single approach and set rules specific to the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency, as some legislation worked to stuff some of them with special legislation that dealt with the subject in objective and other formal rules, as is the case with Egyptian legislation.
