Research Objectives: The research aims to follow the controls and purposes of sufficiency in the unity of the jurisprudential doctrine in emulating and following. Additionally, it makes Ibn Maimon Al-Ghamari’s letter (d. 917 AH) the starting text.
Study methodology: This research followed the induction method in tracking the material related to determining the controls and purposes of the unity of the doctrine and the deduction method in analyzing the subject’s premises and texts related to it to infer its controls and purposes.
Results: One of the most prominent findings of the research from the results is that the issue of being satisfied with the same doctrine in fatwas and judiciary is a topic based on precise legal evidence, and reasonable intentional dimensions, including warding off sedition and preserving the nation from disunity. It has also specific scientific and methodological controls.
The originality of the research: The value of the research emerges through its treatment of a methodological issue that has formed, in the past and in recent times, the subject of widespread controversy among the jurists, which is the issue of the sufficiency of the one jurisprudential doctrine in worship, fatwas and the judiciary, following the controls of the unity of the doctrine, its purposes and goals through a manuscript scientific document of Ibn Maimon Al-Ghamari Al-Maghribi.
