حُـجـــــية القرائن ودورها في الإثبات – دراسة فقهية مقارنة-
This research aimed to identify the evidence and its validity in evidence, its divisions, the rule of legality of working with it, and clarifying the opinions of the jurists in working with the evidence and discussing their evidence. It also shows the importance of this study because of the specificity of the evidence as indirect evidence of the evidence from other evidence of proof. Therefore, this study relied on the descriptive and inductive method by clarifying the jurisprudential opinions and the disputed issues and collecting the verses and hadiths that refer to the clues. The study concludes by mentioning the most important results and recommendations, including that the evidence differs in significance, some of them are definitive and some of them are weak and canceled, which the jurists took in the rulings conclusive evidence.
