This research touched on the intended understanding of the Prophet’s Sunnah at scientists Islamic West, and role in interpreting the Prophet’s hadith in an intentional interpretation that contributes to achieving the interests of the servants by bringing interests and warding off evil from them.
In addition to explaining the importance of the intentional understanding of the Sunnah of the Prophet in relegating rulings to contemporary reality in a way that achieves the purposes of the street and demonstrates the ability of Sharia to contain all the calamities and developments, and its validity for every time and place. By focusing on its treatment of the subject of the family as the first cell in the building of society, as well statement, sound foundations and its strong pillars that guarantee its stability and preserve its existence and durability.
