This article examines the legal concept of joint public property within Islamic jurisprudence. The paper aims to elucidate the nature of this form of property and its relationship with other types of ownership. Additionally, the article seeks to underscore the significance of joint public property in promoting equity in the utilization of lawful resources, safeguarding the rights of individuals, and advancing the common welfare. Moreover, the paper scrutinizes the various categories of permissible items in Sharia law and the divergent views of jurists regarding them, supported by evidentiary sources. Finally, the article conducts a thorough analysis and comparison of these opinions to arrive at the most accurate interpretation of Sharia standards.
