The city of Achiir, as we look forward to historical studies and the descriptions of the geographical nomads, witnessed developments in the political field, economic growth, prosperity in the intellectual and cultural movement and expansion of the urban network, which was reflected in the Assyrian society, which knew a cultural diversity and wealth, and a cultural paper that brought it out of the stage of the obese to the development of civilization.
