الاحتراق النفسي عند معلمي التعليم الابتدائي – دراسة ميدانية بولاية تلمسان
This study aims to know the level of psychological exhaustion in the teachers of primary education, Tlemcen state. It was based on the descriptive curriculum, and the Maslash scale of psychological exhaustion was applied, to 80 professors and professors, they were chosen in an intentional way; and after processing, the results show the presence of a very high level of psychological exhaustion among primary education teachers, and the absence of statistically significant differences in psychological stress due to the variable of gender (male, female) and professional experience.
