أثر تقنيات التوظيف على أداء العاملين
(دراسة تطبيقية على العاملين في كلية الإدارة والاقتصاد جامعة البصرة – العراق)
This study aimed to find out the impact of recruitment techniques on the performance of workers, and the extent to which they are affected by the variables of gender and age. The study population was represented by the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basra, while the sample of the study was represented by the administrators working in the College of Administration and Economics at the university, where the number of administrators working in the College of Administration and Economics reached (160), and the number of questionnaires valid for analysis reached (130) questionnaires, on which the study was conducted.
The research dealt with the concepts included in the title in terms of recruitment techniques as well as in terms of employee performance, then a statistical study of the study sample was moved to the issue of the impact of recruitment techniques on employee performance, where a number of conclusions were reached:
– There is a statistically significant effect of recruitment techniques on the performance of employees in the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basra.
– There are no significant statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a≤0.05) for recruitment techniques on the performance of workers in the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basra through gender.
– There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a≤0.05) for recruitment techniques on the performance of workers in the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basra through age.
