عوائق الضمان و التأمين الاجتماعي بالجزائر
This article aims to shed light on the various obstacles faced by the insured, the insured, and the organization of social security and insurance as a whole, which prevent its management and its good and hopeful functioning in Algeria, like many countries of the world and even developed ones.
Social security or insurance is considered a system of social protection and a social gain from employment. It is one of the contemporary civilizational innovations of the liberal capitalist Western civilization, fought for by workers’ organizations for a long time, and it was organized and applied at the global level through the United Nations. However, administrative mismanagement, political interference and manipulation of subscriptions have caused the inability of its funds and obstacles to its proper process, injustice to the trustworthy and embarrassment to the believer.
